Since March 24th, 2007 the St. Cloud Hospital has provided free valet parking to all patients and visitors. The service was implemented to provide convenience during major parking ramp and lot renovations. As of November 15th, these renovations will have been completed. There is now an ample amount of parking available with the 589 parking spaces added. Rather than discontinue the service due to the sufficient parking available, the St. Cloud Hospital has made the decision to keep the service and charge a nominal fee to help offset a portion of the cost. We are pleased to be part of the St. Cloud Hospital's continued focus on patient care.

Valet Parking Passes
Prestige is happy to offer our customers a valet parking pass to expidite their usage of the valet service at the St. Cloud Hospital. No longer will our frequent users need to wait for the credit card processing or need to ensure they have cash on them. The valet pass has three options available to suit our customers personal needs. See the valet attendant at Door A or E to purchase a pass.
10-Punch Pass: for the customer who may or may not use the hospital valet parking on a regular basis. This customer may not visit the hospital frequently or only uses the valet parking when in a time crunch. This card does not expire. The customer may use it all up in two weeks or over the course of the year. The main benefit to this card is the ability to pay for all services at one time saving the customer time during future visits.
1-Week Unlimited Pass: for the customer who plans on using the valet service multiple times during the day over the course of a week. An example would be a wife staying at the hospital visiting her husband. She may need to run home to take care of the family pet or go to work and then return to the hospital. If she used the valet services an average of 2 times a day for a week the service would cost $30. However, with the 1-Week Unlimited Pass the wife may come and go from the hospital several times a day all week for the same cost as one time per day. This not only saves the customer money but valuable time as well.
1-Month Unlimited Pass: for the customer who plans on using the valet service daily or multiple times during the day over the course of a month. An example of this may be a hospital employee or consultant who frequently visits other locations and the Hospital throughout the course of a typical work day. The cost of the pass is based on using the valet service one time a day, Monday through Friday, for a month. Should the usage go beyond that, the customer is saving money. If the customer uses the service only one time a day, this is still a valuable pass as it saves a great deal of time for the customer.
